This document annexed to the Rules of ORION Wojciech Barankiewicz acting at Wielogłowy 85 sets rules for processing personal data and the protection of customers and on the use "cookies".

The protection of the user's privacy is extremely important for ORION Wojciech Barankiewicz and we want every customer to know how we process them. Therefore, we have prepared a privacy policy that describes how to protect and process personal data.

We collect data only if it is provided by the user himself in order to perform the contract, at the time of creating the customer's account or as part of establishing contact with the client.

After the completion of the contract, these data are stored for a period of time determined by tax and commercial law, and after this time they are removed from our database.

This data is collected when the user subscribes to our Newsletter. We use the data only for our own marketing purposes as part of our Newsletter. For this purpose, explicit consent is required, which the user grants in the form of the following declaration: "I want to subscribe to the Newsletter". You can unsubscribe at any time. The User may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the appropriate link provided in the Newsletter or by sending a message with appropriate content to our address. After reporting the cancellation of the Newsletter, the user's email address will be immediately removed from our database.

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform that:

In order to ensure that your data will always be processed faithfully, in a transparent and lawful manner, we have appointed the Data Protection Supervisor.

3. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

We transfer the personal data collected by us as part of the contract to the transport company RABEN, which we entrusted with the delivery, if they are required to carry out this delivery. We transfer your payment data for the payment to the designated banking institution.
The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and the entity implementing the email marketing service and entities providing IT services to ORION Wojciech Barankiewicz.
Collected and entrusted personal data is stored in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and will not be sent to third countries (outside this area).

4. CUSTOMER RIGHTS IN THE FIELD OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify their deletion or limitation of processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (ie: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)

5. COOKIES

We use cookies in order to collect information related to the use of the Online Store by the Customer. Cookies are small text files sent and stored on the Customer's device by means of which it connects to the Online Store. The Seller uses "session" cookies stored on the Customer's end device until logging out, disabling the website or turning off the web browser and "permanent" cookies stored on the Customer's end device for the time specified in Cookie parameters or until they are removed by the Customer.

We will inform you about any changes to the Privacy Policy, e.g. about changes regarding the purpose in which we use your personal data or your rights and contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
